I thought the same but with the market so fragile I thought it was just a take profit and it should go up again, I doubt it now

Whenever you read anything in the forum, always check the timeframe someone is declaring something for.
I mostly trade H4 and higher. If I trade in smaller time frames, I state that as well.
If possible, always include a chart here when explaining your point of view.

I use zero indicators. Because the way I trade now doesn't allow me to think that way again. The win loss ratio and price action are the main reasons that come to mind now.

hi yall I just want some insight I’m fairly new to trading but following yalls lead has earned me my first 1k in my first week. But what I wanted to ask is if gold would still be in a down trend as I joined pretty late to the race I’m currently -120$ in my trades but I’m hoping that it will go down soon or should I just take my loss for now before it gets worse

Gold isn't in a downtrend bud. Unless you are talking insanely short term. It's been in an uptrend since this time last year.
