passing the eval in one day is simple.

Then they will deny payouts for a trade equivalent to 0,x % of total profits. That is the problem.
my last payout was denied because 1 single trade breached the 30% loss rule. (Reaching 35%… btw)
or better, that is what I guess, since they did not explain me the clear reasons.

if now they will deny me again, I will not only require these reasons, I will require even previous. And publish everything of course.

Why are you trading with your wife account? Even if you do how did they figure out? Looks like you had same experience with tick tick. Do these prop firm share data with each other?

They need to prove some one else is trading. It is shitty rule.

But that does not matter to them. They say KYC is wrong, which is fully verfied status.

I said, whoever is in account name is ready for skill test, which they are not ready.

First of all, it is not a specified rule that an interview is needed for payout, but still the account holder accepted for interview.

And I am still fighting to the nail.

And as you say it might be possible there are contacts within firms and sharing data.

The thing is with ticktick also, the account holder did interview though it is not rule.

The summary is .. ticktick and futures elite are scams. They need to change rules that anybody , any numbers can have account within house hold but maximum account in a house hold shall be 5.

Both ticktick and futures elite are dumb to have a rule which states that in a house hold, only one can have account.

MFFU, TOPSTEP, tradeify are not dumbs so they have proper rule regarding accounts in house hold.

I have unlocked another level of Stupidity today... Accidently opened a trade 8:27 on MFFU funded account. Didnot realise its a nfp day today. CLosed it at exact 8:30 the moment i realised it before the monster move.

Asked support if they can ignore it honest mistake. They outright said its not in their hands....

SInce leaving forex i have stoped watching the news section.....

S&P, NQ, ES i think all down 5%. I am not trading... I may be violating the 5% Price limit rule.
Drawdown is more important than Account Size !

everything is crashing. Also CL tanked heavy!
did some trdes, almost blown the account then recovered right back.
itchy finger was about to short NQ right at support … was better if I did! Brain stopped me.

days like this can happen a spike anytime

Daytrading this is just utter madness, unless you have a big account. 1-minute candles that can cover 100s of points is just too much risk. I'm glad I partially transitioned to swing trading.
Can't wait for normalcy to return.

Better to stay away from the markets for now. Most who are trying to catch a retrace are getting stopped out. Too much volatility.

Now i dont know whats gonna happen do i get my funded accounts breached coz of news rule or they just deny payout whenever i do...........

It happened to me once with this stupid firm futures elite evals.

They said i traded during Inflation report. I denied. I proved i did not trade by showing trade history. A ctually i opened trade at 8.34 AM est, they could not catch me and they could not deny funded account.

Too much for me, anyway. I did a small trade earlier today, got lucky and took a good profit out of it, but got scared and closed it as soon as it turned round (rightly, as it turned out).

Scary stuff.

But no need to trade when you don't want to? Who was it who said that the markets are a mechanism for transferring funds from the accounts of the impatient to those of the patient?

Futures/Funded Elote are a scam. They spend their time desperately coming up with lots and lots of spurious reasons not to pay out. I am funded with Funded Elote (CFD) them but won’t be putting in any further effort to trade as they are incredibly duplicitous and untrustworthy imo.

The quest to find a decent CFD prop to add to my FTMO and 5ers funded account continues. Sigh…..

EDIT I’m also giving serious consideration to stepping back into the GENUINE prop form arena. A couple seem to be popping up now (RAEN is one example on the UK, several others in Chicago and NYC) and trading REAL funds is always preferable to these current video trading game scammer firms.
