I did long only in the second swing to make 1700.
That was not snuff to meet target
The third swing was fast and furious.
4 th swing, it was benificial, one eval account, 2900 and another eval 900.
1) In the first short swing, i made my money in funded accounts, and 1300 in eval 1
2) Second long swing, i tried to make 1700, and that was not enuff.
3) Third short swing was fast and furious, which i completely missed.
4) Fourth long swing, i made 2900 in one eval, and 900 and in another eval.

My story what i wrote on other posts is about what i missed and not about what i made.

What I mmeant was why didn't you cut your third long and go short. I know you won twice on longs and lost the 3rd one along with the account. Are you not allowed to cut and reverse to short. Is tha a rule?

No, i can cut loss, rule allows to cut loss.

But i just missed to cut loss

A trader's consideration is that they might cut a loss, just as why not consider not cutting a win? Another trader's consideration is that a pattern will make them win, just as many patterns have made them lose. If the movement of a pair forms a pattern, it is a sign of frequent randomness. Without patterns, the market is not random.

Yes this risk is really small but again its for longevity in my career in funded company route not "pass & bust" cycle with 1-2 days passes.

Sure, but does moves like that happen every day ? Every week ?
And are we able to build trading success on rare event ?

Move you mentioned. 30m candle has 27 point range.

well, i am not sure about what you said.

1 micro for 1k profit ?

Yes it is possible in a personal account because you set your rules.

In prop account, the daily range is 35 to 45 dollars in gold, so, the maximum possible theoretically is 350 dollars per day with 1 micro gold. Remember, you need to close the trades by end of day. Ina private account, you can hold on to trade overnight, week ends.

Anyways, your technick is very very conservative approach, and i do not find any fault especially in a funded account.

I use 5 min chart. So, i can capture more in that drop if i can cotrol emotions. Having said, i missed the whole drop.

And after having lost 1 evaluation by 80 dollars, i bought immediately another 50k evals.

Took long, and took 9 micro trades only from the lows of the days, and you can see the result.

Risk managements. Profits in prop account / 1000 = position size in micro contracts.
Yes 350$ is theoretical if you are up 24h and enter at low and sell at high of day.
My health is important and I trade London session.

Some members in discord community seems to be very good. Especially in Topstep.

I see some people trade NQ in a very conservative approach 1 or 2 micros to make money.

THere is a big IF there what if company goes under all the time n effort goes in VAIN.....

What if you work hard for 6-12 months trading 1 miro gold and get funded with good company like MyForexfunds and it goes under is it worth putting such efforts?
This is good for personal acocunt not sure about prop firms. Also these futures firms have monthly renewal so expections are to make 100% of allowed drawdown per month. With 1 micro one can't pass evals in 1 month is it worth to repay?

I have only taken the positive aspect of his statement, did not want to go much into truth.

The positive aspect is.. one should trade less lots in funded account. This is required in order not to blow the hard earned funded account within days.

Though, it is not possible / not worth to pay subscription for many months if one wants to pass evals with small lots ( micro )

How about topstep, tradeify ? And of course apex?

I have been paid until now by futures elite only.

I got funded by 22 days trading with 1 micro.
This week up +807$ on "prop" funded accounts trading with 1+1 micro contracts.

Most who take funded trader route think in days I think in decades. I think long term by implementing good risk management from start.
What is difference between +800$ vs +8000$ in week trader ?
Actually its nothing at all. One trades with micro and other mini contract.
I need to earn the right to trade bigger. And I have no hesitation in my mind - I will be +10k per week trader by end of year.
