How come you have audacity on that list that high? I understand they are the oldest but they have 3.6 on trustpilot with 10% 1 Star reviews, that can’t be a good sign.

I think you spotted something very strange....

Have a look into March 3th 2025, just 2 weeks ago:

Suddenly, they lost more than half of the reviews and the 1 star exploded. There is also a barrage of 1 stars in the last month (I had a look into them and it's mostly people failing for DCA or daily violation). This is very weird.

Thanks for having pointed this out. I guess we need to follow this closer.

Takisd any insight here ?

Most likely bot review removal. Trustpilot have been getting lots of flack from prop industry, they will probably do some actions and their algorithms are getting better.

People used to complain that companies remove bad reviews, but they should be complaining that the good reviews are fake. There are 3 companies with authentic reviews, FTMO, MFF (myforexfunds), 5ers.
The rest seem to be gamed, you can see by the review pattern.

As so often, you state it as if it were “simply factual,” but as usual it’s actually just your opinion, and a pretty ill-informed (or even uninformed) one, based on prejudice only, and one with which many very experienced prop-traders strongly disagree.

It's very hard to game trust pilot at scale. Multiple props (funded next, BG, smart prop trader etc) have found that out.

FTMO and 5%ers will be 'gaming' it as much as possible within the rules and no doubt put a lot of time and investment in it. It'd be naive to think otherwise. Don't make the mistake of thinking 'verified' (or whatever it is) means everyone is being invited to review a company.

Wasn't it you that commented that audacity's discord was abandoned and mods were nowhere to be found a few weeks ago? I think I was looking at them right around that time and decided not to proceed after checking out their discord. Did they improve after that?


Anyway, I had a valid riseworks review removed from trustpilot recently. I then had to raise a dispute and show them proof it actually works and I got paid through riseworks. Trustpilot's bots make mistakes and some (many? most?) valid reviewers may not be bothered to dispute and show proof especially if they've moved on from prop trading or if it's been a long-time.

I met profit target today few hours ago in 50k account with futures elite.

However, my account upgrade to funded status is not approved, they said, i traded during CPI news event.

If i traded CPI knowingly or un knowingly, their system must ensure i am not continuing my trade. Every account is verified on EOD basis. I was not notified on wenesday evening also.

I updated everything to them, Now CEO to reply.

I took a bunch of payouts recently and started to stockpile cash to dump into SPY when market looks like bottom is in. I'm barely mobile lately so can't do much helping and my trading is limited to experiments only with indicators made by grok and deepseek.

I have experience of Audacity recently and can understand why these 1 star reviews have exploded. I'm not in a position right now to detail just in case the situation warrants legal action but suffice to say, my experience with them recently hasn't been what as expected.

TP removes a lot of legitimate reviews / asks people to prove them, which most people can't be bothered to do.

It also serves to encourage companies to gather verified reviews, which unsurprisingly, is a paid for service.
