In order to change the colors outside the levels, you don't need the parameters.
You need to modify the code using https://www.mql5.com/en/docs/customi...raw_histogram2
This means that you need more buffers, two for this type of histogram, and set the buffers to your preferred values of the Fisher.
So, for examlpe, if the histogram must be ploted from value 0.5, then you just set one buffer to this level value, and the other buffer to whatever the other value is.

I showed how to copmbine the two, and provided the envelopes in separate window indicator, too.
However, the author wanted to create an EA which would detect when the envelopes are crossing the OBOS levels of the RSI, at least that's what I understand. You have any idea how to do that?

Everything works for me. You need to tinker with the code, you probably need to optimize it. I looked at the code and there were no comments to the code. There are only two comments in Russian, most likely this is the Russian version. Written a long time ago. Too lazy to tinker with the indicator code. The idea of an indicator did not interest me.

The automation doesn't need any colors.
It doesn't even need any levels.
The existing buffer is all it needs.
This indicator only has positve values, zero, or negative values.
You can input the values in iCustom() if you wish.
But, you don't even need that, because you just need to write the condition you want.
And, in this case you have only one buffer which returns the value.
Which means that you need to create only one iCustom() handlle, and one array FisherArr[], and then do CopyBuffer().
And then you can create the same inputs sup and inf, and just write your own conditions for what you want.

before putting induk on chart, we need to load bar's history using PageUp & Home keys..
induk has a lot of nested cycles: because of this, it can sometimes stumble in own calculations.
to completely fix this problem, need to rewrite all main formulas, their structure.

now i cleaned out all crap, improved some inputs blocks/calculations & made induk's work easier..
and now it works even in Strategy Tester...

Do you mean how to make an indicator in the range from 0 to 100? The only thing is that there will be a limitation in bars; the most optimal iteration size is 300 bars. Of course, you can do this for the entire story, but I don’t see the point in bothering with it. The author's idea is stupid, it's not worth your time, well, if you want to do it. I personally wouldn't.

PS. The problem is not two indicators on one chart, but that the week starts only from the beginning of the week, without an indent.

By default the Button can be dragged to any position on the chart however if a Manual Shift is preferred use the 2 Shift inputs. NOTE : As soon as a value is put into either of the 2 Shift inputs the default Button drag feature is disabled.

NOTE: there is a Unique value input for the button when loading more than one indicator on the chart however if you leave the Unique value the same for any extra indicators loaded the single button will operate on all the indicators/timeframes instead of each indicator separately.

NOTE : The name of this indicator cannot be changed.

Specific Problem: There is Neutral_Color in the inputs tab and also in the code. On chart it is displayed as "-"
On any chart, the price has to be Up or Dn with regards to the Gann Hi Lo Activator line. So the dashboard should display either Up or Dn. There is no place for "-"

Expected Behaviour: 1) The dashboard should display only Up or Dn in realtion to the price/close of candle and the Gann Hi Lo Activator line.
2) Alert to be generated at the close of the candle only.
