On MT4: 1h00, 5h00, 9h00, 13h00, 17h00, 21h00.

On MT5: 0h00, 4h00, 8h00, 12h00, 16h00, 20h00

Get yourself a cheap watch with an alarm setting, so you don't miss some of them.
