Before I say goodnight for today, I just want to share this once again about how I see the market, especially gold.
I would love to say that this method is the same as what banks do every 5 days a week in the market.
I call this the 'weekly template' or the backbone of my trading method.
On Monday and Tuesday, the market is usually making a base for the week's movement.
Monday and Tuesday will try to establish the high and low of the week, which I refer to as the High IB and Low IB.
On Wednesday morning, we use Fibonacci and pull it from the 0% to 100% range of the lowest and highest points of the previous two days. Then, I mark the High IB, Low IB, and Mid IB. The Mid IB will be a strong roadblock for the week.
On Wednesday, there will be a test and break of these key levels (High IB and Low IB).
When a breakout occurs, a pullback is likely to follow (Wednesday late day/Thursday). This is when we need to decide if it’s a pullback trend or a pullback reversal.
Friday, I call it 'Crash Day' because the market tends to move in both directions and crashes during the New York session.
This pattern repeats every week:
HIGH IB & LOW IB, followed by a TEST & BREAK, then a PULLBACK (either trend or reversal), and finally, a CRASH.
