One thing about Darwinex. There is account reset in the membership area. You pay 38 USD and reset your account if anything goes wrong - with only one month fee. (I am speaking about annual subscription.) But it should be the same with monthly account.

Deroty, I've been there since the Darwinex thread was opened, along with hayseed, and failed.

While it is all speculation, I agree. However, the less risk used, the greater the long term sustainability......that's not opinion either, pure math.

True, but that is assuming no additional seed, at 2.5% per month, you are very likely to scale at a much greater pace than the props. Once again, the biggest issue still remains......at what point will they begin denying payouts and/or banning you.
It's real trading vs. a video game.

Also true ,I would do both with copy trading , I dont think FTMO would have problems with a 2.5%/month trader…

Hey guys, ok, this is possibly a rookie futures prop question, but I'm a bit confused, and their support doesn't give me a clear answer.

So I passed 3 x FuturesElite evaluations, reaching the $3k required target. I was under the impression that when I reached this target, I would be able to make a withdrawal.

Well, that doesn't seem to be the case, as they paused the evaluation account and then issued me a new funded account. I don't see anywhere that I can withdraw.

They also said I can withdraw anytime I want if I'm eligible, and once I make a withdrawal, my DD limit will be set at the initial account balance, which means if I don't want to breach the account, I will need to have a buffer in place, but then they say on their site that no buffer is needed? It's hella confusing.

Does anyone have some way to explain this in a clearer way? When can I withdraw the $1500 per account? I thought after passing the evaluation I'd be able to withdraw, but now it looks like I need to trade the new funded account and build up a buffer and then withdraw whatever there is after the buffer so as not to lose the account.

I asked their support to clarify this, but they didn't give me a straight, clear answer. I don't know why it's so difficult for them.

you have to make profit in funded account to withdraw.

If 50k account, you need to make 100 every day for 5 days. you can trade for full 14 calander days if you wish.
if it is 100k account, you need to make 200 every day for 5 days.

After 14 calendar days, you can withdraw 80 % Payout cap for 50k account is 1500

You can not withdraw from evaluation account
Intraday only.

Thanks for clearing that up, it makes sense.

And what about having/needing a buffer? They say that no buffer is needed, but then they say once you make a withdrawal the DD limit is set to the initial account balance, so if thats the case a buffer is needed so I don't risk losing the account after I make a withdrawal.

what will happen to the account

i have never trade futures before and i dont even know how it work or what assets to trade

Yes there are denial stories but those people doesn't post when and where they broke rule...I am starting fresh accounts with them.
If you want no rules prop firm TopStep, TakeProfitTrader is way to go. Apex is for multiple accounts and overall larger payouts other wise there are many more firms with better rules.

Thanks. The 50k account is at 33$ after the 805 discount so i'll give it a try and see how it goes.
