Disliked{quote} evening, I have tried very hard to figure out what you mean by this 50/75/100% range being complete, but I’m struggling a bit. are you saying, for example, if price went from 2640 down to 2620 in a day, the next day you can expect it to test 50% (2630) 75% etc etc… sorry for the question which will be very simple for you but I have tried on a few occasions to visualise what you say and I have failed. thanks in advance for any replyIgnored
It is not a granted cience, but it is close. I use it as confluence.
Generally the consecutives days price don't hit is average is two maximun, rarely more but it happens.
For me a range is not a single candle or two candles for both sides like you read in internet. A range is every new candle that form a new high or a low. Sometimes you will see what many call inside bars, that is not a range, the previous bar is. Unless you have a new candle that takes the high or the low of the inside bar you don't have a new range formed. If it takes you have the possibility to have a minor range, inside the higher range. The previous range can not be ignore as the main one until is broken.
