Completely lost the plot with this the last week... can't seem to nail a decent trade.

Think I need to take a break over Xmas and come to it fresh.

In my experience, unless something actually happens, the lead up to FOMC is generally pretty choppy, range bound and slow.....We'll probably see some movement open up post presser.
