Steve Nison in his book emphasized that a reversal may not necessarily be a change of trend. I think we must come to terms with that.

For chart pattern, this may become a bullish flag. But guys to be honest... After analysis, proper money management has to be in place. I can't over say that.

Basic market structure I am now learning...
HH HL is uptrend with confirmations if RSI overbought, MACD above signal line, above zero.
LL LH is downtrend with confirmations if RSI oversold, MACD below signal line, below zero.

A trend once started, tends to move in that direction until it changes again.
Choppy market will often hit protective SL or main SL.
But a strong trend will be ridden.

So, if I use 2% of my equity per trade, because the market will still be here wether I an in or out, I stand the chance to take 50 trades of getting rides and minimal losses.
Also, seeing if my Fibonacci retracement tool can give some profit projections, I love to ride. But market don't do what you love. It does what it does.
