Well, for the 20 account crowd, you can still pull 10K in 8 days now as opposed to 40K in 30 (with request windows and approvals , etc)...........now you can still pull 30K in 24 trading days (about 5 weeks).
Once again, folks with a brain, that take the time to analyze things, should see this as overall positive.
Actually, stand corrected, 10K the first 8 days, but if you hit the 2K per account in the next 2 cycles, you can pull 40K in another 8 and another 40K in another 8....this is actually better on every level now.
They have eliminated all of the rules, are paying every 8 days within 48 hours and are only asking for an additional $1,500 buffer in exchange.

Thats my point as well... They are popular coz of their payouts and easier to to get 2k out of 50k account. Coz the longer the time period higher the chance of blowing up ....
Now they have become average like elitetradefunding (it have similar offering with cheaper challenge price )
Apex 3.0 supposed to be Intra trailing to EOD drawdown.... Now all the firms gives EOD with cheaper price

Sure, but he might have insider news since he is a futures prop with lots of attention recently. So he might be contacted from regulatory bodies of CME I think recently.
I would not be surprised if the CME decides that live accounts are forced to pay professional data fees since this would be earnings for the CME, and they are greedy too.
If they then decide that 51% of revenues must come from live accounts trade copying then the whole futures props arena switches the side. To the side of the traders.

If spreads get narrowed down there is much less need to use any CFD offshore broker from the US trader perspective. Should be good news here.

CME FX Spot+ will enable spot FX market participants to leverage CME FX futures liquidity through an open, transparent book of central limits, while providing FX futures users with broader access to OTC liquidity. This unique liquidity link will be made possible through implicit matching through the CME FX Link, a liquidable spread between OTC spot FX and FX Futures.

FX Spot+ products will be available for the following currency pairs: EUR/USD, GBP/USD, AUD/USD, NZD/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CAD, USD/CHF and USD/MXN.
All FX Spot+ products will be available in the New Release environment for customer testing on Monday 11 November."

I'm sure the US CFTC regulated brokers will find another avenue to rip off their customers. However, if there are some transparent offerings from some reputable providers......for sure, this is a good thing.

Edit: CME will take action before CFTC, so what Scott stated is not to far off. They do and have always made rule changes on what can be done on the exchange. If there is possible criminal activity then they will engage CFTC in coordination.
