Somebody asked for an indicator which would signal when the given ZigZag Leg first appears.
I coded this indicator so that it shows with dots exactly when a ZZ Leg appeared and then how it was plotted.
We can also see this on historical bars.
This shows us the reality.

Hello coders, could anyone please convert this indicator to MT5?

I tried doing it with ChatGPT 4o, but it got too convoluted and it couldn't convert it properly without multiple errors, hella frustrating.

You should ask @mladen on mql5 forum, or on forex-station, or maybe here, on FF?
This isn't a 5-minute job, and it's mladen's code, so for him it may be 10 - 20 minutes...

i try your great idea on my chart but still cannot make it work. The ask/bid work but dswr not showing anything when i click the button. I Try 2 different broker also the same outcome.

I deleted it after sending the previous post, you just need to delete the specified line and copy the indicator file that shows its name in the alert to the indicators folder.
I didn't check what the second indicator is needed because I didn't have it and I just tested whether the file compiles or not.
By deleting the line I said and having the second indicator in its copy in the indicators folder of the file, it will probably work.

Greetings. Perhaps someone can help me with this.
I need the bottom window (HAshi_sub) to calculate by a different timeframe.
For example, on the chart (M61 - Range Bars - 2pip) you can see another indicator (Bbands - blue line) calculated based on timeframe (M62 - Range Bars - 5pip).
I have tried other HA_MTFs, but they do not give the same clarity.

M62 doesn't mean that the timframe is 62.
For offline generated charts the "timeframe" like M61 or M62 is just a substitute for timeframe, it means nothing.
So, I have no idea what the BB MTF indicator is calculating when you input timframe 62???
Most likely, it's simply caculating from the current Renko chart.
I haven't seen any MTF indicators for offline Renko charts.
You would have to simultaneously generate both the 2 pip and the 5 pip chart, and output the data from the 5pip chart, and read it onto the 2pip chart...
Also, HeikenAshi on Renko bricks???

PS, I checked the code of bbands_stop_v3_mtf.mq4 and I was correct.
The indicator can not recognise Timeframe 62, because there is no such timeframe in MT4.

BTW, Renko bricks don't have a timeframe!
Renko bricks are plotted by price change, not by time.
One Renko brick can be formed in a few miliseconds, or sometimes it can take hours to form a Renko brick.
Also, if your are plotting 2pip Renko bricks, many bricks can form with the same time stamp, so when volatility is huge, you can have 2 - 5 - 10 or more Renko bricks with the same time stamp, and you can not trade idividual bricks, that's impossible.
Your order will not open on the first brick, but on the last in that series, or maybe somewhere in between.
