Did not trade FXIFY after news event.

The price was not favourable to me to trade. I trade GU.

I did good trading in GU before NFP which suited my set up and booked nice profit.

With regard to futures account, I did not want to trade this NFP, But did exactly opposite. Did not trade the rise of s & p 500 but traded short and did finish with 200 $ profit. No yolo method, and did short very cautiously with small contract size. 6 micros.

End of day equity : 51200

Profit made today : 650 $.

But yet here you are, absorbing it all in. That's the thing that is so hard to grasp.....the few that come in here, tell us how everything is wrong, everything posted in here is crap......prop firms suck, etc, etc.........yet they keep showing up.

When you think the prop rules cannot be stricter anymore, you are completely wrong. See below copied from a recent review on Trustpilot from Blueberry Funded prop..

"Out to take your money and use any excuse not to pay

So after all that has been happening in prop trading - biggest companies closing house (MFF, Funded Trader,..) I was quite happy a prop with backing by regulated broker appeared. I've tried multiple companies in past and currently jave funded accounts with some of those.
Their conditions seem standard, their FAQ are basicaly same as other prop trading (they have more news trading restrictions but that's fair enough)

I've passed with First Evaluation, got excited, skimmed through the contract and unfortunately haven't read though all the details (as FAQ and all public info seems to be stating same conditions as other companies)

On funded account, I've traded The breach of ATH on Gold from 12th Sep making sure I avoid lots of their prohibited news. Gold was consolidating for nearly a month and with the convincing push above ATH (with the break level tested on retrace), I was opening longs on the bottom of channels, breakouts and closing on resistances or after measured moves up. On 13th Sep, I had active trading session scalping the channels and during few days of trading, in 96 trades, I made 13,402.21 USD (on 200k account)

I was very happy and since I expected corrected in the upcoming days, I figured the profit is good enough and waited till Payout.

What a shock when they denied my payout with a number of excuses. These guys clearly haven't even looked into my account as they accused me of grid trading, one sided trading behaviour (Since when is long bias trading wrong? I've learned my lessons going against super strong trends) and hyperactivity.

I usual enter via multiple smaller trades to make sure I get into the trade before the reversal and stack a few of them in case the move reaches the suppoort or even exceeds it a bit. My trades were 1 or 2 lot trades (on 200k account). My most active day was 13th with around 45 trades and then few more trades with 5-20 trades each.

This is what they told me is wrong:
Grid trading-like behavior, which conflicts with our policy under Clause 8 (viii) prohibiting strategies, software, or techniques that do not represent individual trading in good faith.
One-sided trading behavior: All 96 of your recent trades have been buy orders, indicating a strategy that lacks diversity and may constitute one-sided betting.
Hyperactive trading: A total of 14 trades were executed within 1 second of the previous trade, and 7 trades within 5 seconds, further demonstrating trading behavior that raises concerns regarding good faith and manual trading

They also prohibit working for another company in the sector in their contract (not in FAQs or anywhere on website to my knowedge at the time of writing), which I unfortunately missed and wasn't aware. I have account with Funded Next which they found out and terminated me for that.

I've plead my case, sen't screenshots of my trades from their account, Funded Next account as well as my live account (where I did $200k+ on the gold move up over 10 days) showing them that all accounts are traded in the same way with super long bias etc as I was suspecting they prohibit trading more accounts due to hedging, but they just blindly rejected my payout and terminated the account.

They refused to address their BS reasoning further, just repeating that their decision is final, without acutally addressing any of the points they originaly stated (which are nonsense and I've exchanged multiple emails with detailed descritptions of my trading on those days, my long bias etc)

In my opinion, these guys are there to take your money and look for any excuse not to pay. Their behaviour is borderline scam. Broker backing is clearly not a guarantee of good conduct at all.

Their accusation of grid trading, hyperactivity and one sided trading is utter nonsense (unfortunateloy I can't paste screenshot here to showcase my trades) and clearly shows either looking for reasons to terminate everyone or incompetence in their team.

Besides these ridculous points, they said they terminate me for being clause 8 - Freedom to do other work in industry. They do not publish this information anywhere in FAQ or elsewhere where one woudl reasonably expect that. Also, I've passed full KYC before starting the funded stage but noone pointed out any issue, They signed the contract with me without any porblem. Only once I actualy made profit they just terminated me instead of paying. All very fishy.

So if you decide to trade on Blueberry Funded prop just be sure that you are solely trading on that prop firm as they do not allow other competitor prop firms trading.

I am also done for Friday, Dow Futures 5 Min TF, +150 points(+5%) ...may as well display it, I have no idea why I am posting it, but feels good .

I will never complain about any prop firms, Winners do not bitch!

My updates for today... as usual FRYDAY FOR ME

1. MFFU 150kx3 funded - was at a point 2k down on them and crawled, scratched and made a comeback. 500$ up for the day (4 winning days done will be aiming for monday to get to threshold thats 5100$ i.e 900 short and ask for max payout 3600$x3)
2. Topstep accounts already cleared haven't paid the activation fees yet. Expecting to do that from payout.
3. Tradeify 50kx5 - Losers for the day lost 1400$ worth of drawdown as i hit Daily loss limit. Tried longing gold with max contracts in 30secs hit the dll. Kinda a lost cause but will try it recover on monday.

RBC is a very experienced bank. Most likely they have had all sorts of agreements signed by him that release the bank from liability.
Dude is not going to win against such a large bank.
