That's what the EA does.
If you set it like this:

it should make the attemps to close all trades on all symbols when loss is >= 4000.
Test it on demo, of course!

kk you are right.
Most close at loss/gain EA's have a set amount to enter to close all.

But your ea, makes the condition to close 'rolling' and that's what I'm looking for.

So in effect, an account can trade to perpetuity as long as it never reaches a 4k dd but the moment it does, all trades close.

That's not possible.
Auto Trading applies to the whole platform, not to a specific chart.
You can only enable/disable trading inside the specific EA running on the Renko chart.
Also, I don't see what d) even means.
It looks like you have a bad Renko generator which you must refresh.
You use a good, reliable Renko generator like from ovo.cz which you don't need to refresh every 5 seconds.
You apply the EA to the Renko chart.
And if you can, you code inside this EA how you want it to trade.

Of course, this manager applies to the whole platform.

Note:
There is no such thing as a "6 minute offline Renko chart".
Renko Bricks are bricks of a specified range in pips or points, and they are always generated from M1 data in MT4.

Here is an example of a reliable Renko chart running all the time without any need to refresh it.

if im not mistaken, brother, those codes was created by sir Orchard. am i correct? that code is very helpful in finding previous and current highs and lows.
