!!! It was an amazing week !!!

Scenario played out as expected, and Profits were taken and much of it are still floating for next week!
was this the week that triggers the macro correction for gold? or is it just a retracement?

There is, but it's also a disadvantage at the same time. It's much more volatile and rewarding. It's also easier to trade in my opinion, because it isn't at all time high. I am happy I got flat before the news, I hate the spread blowouts that happen during NFP, tons of trades triggered and stops and tps missed because the price is fluctuating so much, very common but annoying to deal with.

As far as gold goes I am not surprised at the action one bit. One thing I did notice, however, is that this weekly formation is not bearish. Now granted Ill need to see the open, but I cant help to assume the sentiment has not changed until the 2470 area is broken. I will re analyze on the open after we get some price action.

Gold is not going up anymore, what you're seeing is H4 retracement and nothing else in my opinion. If Gold goes above 2500$ I'll start Shorting and probably even sooner then that. H4 zone is broken, now they need to go back and retest and then they can continue going down. They'll probably start going down during EU session and now EU session should start delivering.

I said I'll Short PMs if I get enough info if it's actually going down and I did. Now, it's time to start Shorting PMs.
Maybe I'll Short Silver as well, will see...

Agree with you and whale. Price will drop heavily, expect bearish high impact news (CPI and EU rate decision). With so much liq down there, it is difficult to think of a bullish scenario.

still bull gold , just one intermediate target hit , a bull set up at top now , , double strong resistances playing to and fro . so a spike up may continue before correction down , a range immediate present is 2466/48 to 2565 as in a spike up for a last times , correct to 2422 to even 2200 before next bull . anyway bull intact for short time over 2422.

as we seen usdx chances great fall within limited time , so range up may continue without any great correction to 2565 to 2615 towards next big target 3091 having just support on 2422 areas ! take care
