Here's the follow up:

Risk was 1% of account and it made 1% - remember all you need to double an account is 2.3% per week over a 44 week trading year (this breaks down to 0.46R per trading day)

Here's the Intra-day long:

  1. Moving Averages in PERFECT order & angle
  2. Wait for a small pullback that "snugs" the 10SMA and is ideally not too many bars = momentum is still working out
  3. Buy the break out (pink line)
  4. Trailing stop @ the low 2 bars back as the market moves in intended direction

Rally wasn't brilliant, but we take whatever is given and most Importantly, capital is preserved as we are now out of the market

This method suits my pea sized brain - Its really easy to trade, the only hard part is waiting for these set-ups to appear
