Most likely the issue is here:

The solution is to set AccDigits = 1;
This *fpc() is totally unnecessary, because _Point or Point already does the job if we remember that the inputs should be in actual points as measured by the crosshair tool. So, we can either modify the code, or leave it as is, only remember to set AccDigits = 1;
Or it can be set to any other value than 5 or 6 - fpc() will then return 1.

NOTE:
This idea of "AccountDigits" is false. There is no such thing. There are only SymbolDigits which are stored in _Digits or Digits().
So, the only reason why this coder used this idea was most probably because they were used to 4-Digit Forex, and the idea of Pips.
If we look at it from this perspective, then we should input values in 4-Digit Pips, and the fpc() will work with AccDigits.
However, this will only work like that for Forex digits, not for Indices and others.
So, the more universal solution is just stick to points as measured by the crosshair tool.

Then you need to use the int OpenTradesForPair(int iType) function I provided to open just 1 position.
And also use it to avoid opening further positions when OpenTradesForPair(int iType) >= 5.
I provided you with a function which counts how many orders of the specified type are floating on the given Symbol.
How you use it, is up to you.
