I know they had an issue with their support team this week, but I'm not getting good vibes from FundedNext. Ignoring the slow support time, I simply wanted to change my challenge account to a Swap-free account (after seeing their hideous swap fees). Should be a simple matter of charging me the extra fee, or at least refunding me when I purchase a Swap-free challenge. They even have a 7-day refund policy if you haven't started using the account (which I haven't). But for the past week have literally been going around in circles. For example they insist that the extra fee is paid by crypto - not credit card or PayPal. And they are avoiding a refund by never replying to me when I say "let's just do a refund and start over".
