It seems nobody wants to buy Gold anymore, countries going broke, individuals going broke. Everybody is selling as fast as possible after buying.

Therefore, I practiced on a new demo account and traded EUR/JPY and CAD/CHF.

CAD/CHF spreads are so big that as soon as one places the trade you are in a negative equity - It means a very poor liquidity asset - Wide spreads to buy or sell.

EUR/JPY good spreads and high liquidity assets.

XAU/USD very high liquidity and always the top commodity to go to safeguard one's assets. A confident trader may always trade this asset - with one's clear analysis surely you can make pips. Don't over analyse and to turn your work into a paralysis.

The way gold switches between absolute shite days with tight range and long wicks on almost every time frame and massive intraday up-down moves is like no other instrument.

Just a few more hours left for the New York session to close - still selling pressure on Gold.

Let's see what Sydney and Tokyo sessions open bring next - whether it retraces then continues the bearish run or completely reverses the trend in the Asian session.

May you have good luck this time. Still wait for the Sydney and Tokyo session to open and wait for few hours then to see actual price action for Gold.

On the Daily chart check where the : Supply & Demand are as Sydney, Tokyo are very slow with orders and liquidity

Buyer & Seller strength
Bullish Retracement but a fake out and to push the price down again
