Strategy more simple is impossible ?
Only one swingman indicator : sm TMAcentered-TwoMAs
NRP
First I go on H4 and H1 and see the last cross and draw a vertical line blue or red
Then I go on M15 and wait for a same cross
At and after the Franckfurt / London open it's generally good time

Is-it possible to have an alarm, sound and notify on this MQ4 indy when lines Blue and Red cross, please. Not on current but Candle + 1
Option : Both, Only Buy, Only Sell

I liked this indicator. I would welcome a slight improvement. Indicate (for example with a box or background) which number is larger. When changing the label (selection) to the opposite, a sound should be heard. Just once. And mobile notification.

Sorry, we do not convert ex4 files to mq4 files...
Such a service is called "hacking" and requires a lot more knowledge and special tools, and if you find someone, it will certainly cost, or you can also get scammed, easily.

Sorry, I don't have time to check your EA's.
There are tons of 2MA cross EA's for free.
Google.

I quickly looked the code over, and there was a bug in SL/TP calculations.

If you looked at H4 and H1, you saw that the trend was Bearish.
Why do you think that it was a good idea to go Long on M15?
And, why are you showing this after the fact, and not before the fact?

The only vertical line I see on you image is a period separator.
The red and blue lines are angled trendlines, not vertical lines.
And I don't see the whole picture, so where do the trendlines start from?

I didn't change anything in the original associated with opening trades.
I only added the option to change MA parameters.
IOW, in the original you were allowed to only change the MA Periods.
The other parameters, Method, Shift, and Price were fixed, hard coded.
And that was what you had asked for - the options to change the other 3 parameters.

Yeah, sure, but I don't do swingman indicators, because he is active, so he can do jobs on his own indicators.

I have introduced a third color called MinorColor.
If MinorColor = None, then both labels will be in their original colors.
If MinorColor is set to any other color, then the smaller number will take on this color.

I don't understand what the alert thing is about???
What is "changing the label (selection) to the opposite" ???

BTW, the volumes are changing all the time, so even if you want 1 alert per minor color change to regular color, you will have hundreds if not thousands of alerts per day.

Hello everyone!

I use a pretty common strategy while trading and I need someone to code an EA for mt5 to catch the market moves 24/5.
The strategy is profitable on multiple pairs, handling it manually for over a year now.

So let me explain what EA should do:

- first of all the EA should calculate daily classic pivot points, supports and resistances (s3 s2 s1 pp r1 r2 r3)
- second there is a simple moving average condition and will be awesome if we can input the period (normally I use 50 SMA)
- now if the price is above moving average on 4h timeframe the EA should buy @S1 with a sl@S3 and a tp@R3
- and if the price is below moving average on 4h timeframe the EA should sell @R1 with a sl@R3 and a tp@S3

That's all, will be as well awesome if we can have options to change where the EA should buy or sell (for example buy at pp instead of s1 and take profit at r2) and if it can be implemented a trailing stop loss will do miracles (or not - I didn't forward tested the strategy with trailing stop losses).

Confirmation, value set to 20
Triggerline-V2, both values set to 15
Two Pole Butterworth Filter, value set to 15
Two Pole SuperSmoothe Filter. value set to 15

Buy Conditions:
Confirmation indicates buy (Choose your own color)
Triggerlines_V2 indicate buy (Choose your own color)
Two Pole SuperSmoothe filter is above Two Pole Butterworth Filter

Sell Conditions:
Confirmation indicates sell (Choose your own color)
Triggerlines_V2 indicate sell (Choose your own color)
Two PoleSuperSmoothe filter is below Two Pole Butterworth Filter

Exit
A change of two of the three indicators.

In a manual mode, it works nicely with a Day chart.

but this (test8a) has test7 arrows - slightly earlier than test8
test it with 1 min chart but you can trade demo 5min or even 15 min

I just listened to another Hoffman presentation where he again explained his system.
It seems that both Inventory retracement bars and Reverse Inventory replacement bars are acceptable as a trade entry point in the direction of a trend.
This seems to mean that an entry can be made on pretty much any bar with a wick during a retracement period. !!

So, knowing this. Why is there a need for an indicator to specifically show IRB's when any bar in a retracement seems to be acceptable.? (Sorry cja, I know you just coded the IRB indi for MT5 !!)
All that is left then is the decision as to what point in a retracement a continuation trade is made. That is, what level of risk is acceptable, especially in relation to the possible losses when the trend runs out.

ps - is anyone else not able to get the custom sound file alert to work or is it just me being stupid?
I save a custom sound file as a wav file. Save it to the 'sounds' file of my metatrader. Set 'sound' to 'true' in the inputs, and put that file name into the 'filename' field.
but no sounds seems to play?
