Australia - USA - Europe. It's almost a month diiference between AU and EU.
Plus, not all countries even do it!

and computer time: TimeLocal(),

Twice every year at DST time there is a week of disruption between NY & UK time, when GMT is either +5 or +4 NY You would have thought they would synchronise the weekend they do this, after all this time.Ignored
