Disliked{quote} They are legit. But I prefer smaller monthly fee + activation fee rather than paying everything upfront.Ignored
Dislikedwhy would anyone ever trade 30 lots of MES (commission about $45) rather than 3 lots of ES (commission about $15 for the same returns)?!Ignored
Disliked{quote} Lol, his broker must really love him, though: they’d like to have another 10 clients who do that!

Disliked{quote} I am sorry for your loss. For 9.99 if you buy my course you will learn the secret that futures prop firms dont want you to know.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I'm already being mentored by KarlcomesQuickly Inc. for $999/month but thx for the offer.Ignored
Disliked{quote} A "consistency" rule that they can enforce with inconsistency. Gotta love it.{image}Ignored
DislikedRegarding Apex, if the rules are followed, then you should be fine. There is nothing subjective or ambiguous about it, I think. If you didn't follow the rules and you know it, or, you didn't bother to fully-read the rules prior to starting, then you can only blame yourself for that. If I am wrong, then please provide credible information to that fact so that we can all benefit. Oftentimes, speculative fear and doubt, especially when unwarranted, can do more harm than good.Ignored
DislikedWell that sounds good and I agree but when the company's verbiage includes "it's not a hard and fast rule" and "at the company's discretion" it leaves the door open to potential surprises.Ignored
DislikedThe only clear thing with Apex contract is that they can refuse your payment when they decide.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Did they gave possible solution to fix it? Lets say if I have wind fall trading and done some DCA and make 5K on 50K account and they deny payout. Will I have to make 5K again within 10 days by following rules and request payout. Those things are not clear...they said they will not remove profits but I can trade 10 days with 100$ profit and request payout will they accept it?Ignored
Disliked{quote}-As I understand it, that is only applicable if the rule is broken. If the rule is not broken, then there is no discretionary interpretation. Having discretion if/when the rule is broken, allows them some flexibility when traders make honest slip-ups. Perhaps it would not feel not good if you were one of those traders and were still rejected, but the rules are clear, nonetheless.Ignored
Disliked{quote} What will they say when I open up 2 contracts that I plan on holding for 12 hours with $300 SL risk and then open 8 contracts to scalp with $300 SL risk. They can use their "discretion" to say that I'm gambling or inconsistent. Either way, if they're offering a subscription service then 2 weeks to make a decision is unacceptable for me. Time is of the essence and they need to do better, especially if they're blabbering on about 25 million in payouts in one month. But then again, the delayed decision is likely part of the plan. Anyways, no...Ignored
Disliked{quote} //----- sure hope so..... and if 30$, times 20 accounts, would be all it took, i'd put that on auto bi-weekly bank withdrawal.......... if they would let me sign up for another 200, it would be a done deal...... but it's not all about me...... //------ as a matter of fact, friday was all about takisd's 3 words and perhaps a very very rare glimpse into his trading...... just in case you missed it, here's the quote momentum during session.. Its not that hard tbh if you arent...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Was there a day that was much larger in profit then any other?.Ignored
Disliked{quote} What a great write up. There is a rhythm to the market after the open till close. Once you get used to it, then it makes it much easier. Its not so much predictable, it just does what is does intraday (as driven18 puts it). You just ride the momentum and cash out. Next day wake and do it again.Ignored
