They've closed their Discord channel because of all the overwhelming complaints.
Over the last few days alone there've been a HUGE number of horrible reviews on Trustpilot from people saying their accounts weren't reset and that they were blocked from Discord for complaining.
But STILL there are people here who don't (or just "won't") understand
