Disliked{quote} Thank you for your time to comment Given you remark about EW, would you recommend to combine this book with EW theory? If so that could be my next read.Ignored
-There are infinite translations. Its easy to get lost.
-EW is a theory that in perfection leaves way to many flaws, but at its core gives wonderful trading lessons that you can use in other theories and strategies. So I am happy I learned it, although following it soley is chaos and the market IMHO does not work the same as it did when EW was wildly successful. I see very few (in fact 0) pure EW specialist these days.
-I dont like spending 4 hours charting a supercycle just to find out 1 made 1 mistake back on a truncated 5th wave or an extended ABC correction 7 months ago and have to start all over. Its nonsense.
Ultimately, The work i put in to remember and learn and practice EW never gave me the returns I put into it. Therefore the amount of sweat equity to profit I made was way off. In trading terms my Risk vs Reward was not even 1-1
Now when i look at the charts I often say, maybe this is wave 3, or wave 4 and apply mentally the rules in my head but it never stuck with me and I feel the time of pure EW is long past. Plenty of fine variations out there.
