FF Members (and spectators) - currently no dedicated thread to Silver and I believe it needs one as I have been trading Silver mainly over this past year making some great gains (and losses) and even though it coincides quite nicely with gold, it needs its own thread.

No charts with me at the moment however as of this post I am currently SHORT silver targeting the 14.8 region based on 16 levels staying intact.

As a new channel has been formed breaching 16 levels, I am long intraday with profit taking at todays current high and TP2 at 16.25

Having a change of sentiment short-mid term. 618 has held as resistance, looking for the trend line to be broken for a move south. Started building small shorts (SL above 618) with targets starting around 14.84.

Overview
According to the attached H4 chart, Silver price continues to move within a tight track around 15.00 level, while the stochastic loses its bullish momentum gradually to supported the chances of resuming the bearish trend as the bearish trend scenario is still valid as long as the price is below 15.40, supported by the EMA50. We remind you that breaking the 14.85 level will open the way to extend the bearish wave to reach 13.96 areas as a next main station.
Are option traders welcome here? Using theta decay and what little knowledge I have trading the FX majors as my only edge trading the
silver market.

I can also draw fancy lines and things.

I hardly ever trade Silver but have a tiny spec long.

Nice charts Erebus. Most of my trades in Silver are through the junior miners but Gold and Silver have the same break-out at the moment. The Silver chart has the same Head and Shoulders pattern as gold.

The only metal I really trade on a pure metal trade at the moment is Platinum. The ratios speak for themselves against Silver and Gold. Being the metal that will be used for most of the green energy solutions the lag is long now. I got back in from 920 - 950 and am keen to hold for the long term from here.

I think people who trade this pair are pretty much less to that of Gold. Silver has been my favorite to trade owing to its much opportunities and lesser manipulation compared to other commodities.
