I did have brief look, only saw 2 claims like this from the same guy who had spent 20k on challenges. Then 1 month later same complaint now 25k on challenges. Perhaps they are trying to save him money.

Read the same on Twitter and Discord.

This reminds me a little of TFT which started banning winners and went bankrupt a few months later. Knowing that MFFX has just removed refunds, all this suggests that they are in great difficulty

Yes very likely stressed, still accepting US custom though so perhaps receiving enough sign ups to be ok.

The refund thing is silly though, just allocate it as bonus instead if its not about the money. They downplayed how the refund of fees was insignificant to them, but they will still save over 1 million per year based on the figures they gave. Why not bonus the funded traders if its not about the money.

i do Feel sorry for that guy. There you are yoloing 30k in 2 days, put your feet up for the next 12days waiting for payout, then denied for a very small error.

Must read the rules follow the rules and then hope no discretionary rules appear on pay day in this prop game.

I have noticed that MFFX add some rules on the fly but say it in a way that seems it has always been the case, like the 5 points minimum on NQ or 10 sec minimum trades, as seen on X.

You might want to look at the forum at nexusfi dot com , the best informed and most professional trading forum you can join without paying. Very well moderated: no BS posts, no rudeness, no spam, etc.

I think a new thread for futures firms/platforms would be great. Regarding Quantower, if you add your stop and take profit WHEN you create the order, it will flatten everything if one of them is hit.......if you manually close the position OR modify after entry, you need to close all working orders after the position closes.
Fortunately, this has worked in your favor.

Just my opinion: This thread "Prop Firm Hub" is perfect. We discuss prop firms here (no matter forex / futures or anything). Also, there is a lot of cool and helpful here. I am hooked on to this thread. Everything that has to do with Prop firms, there platforms, there payout issues, Prop firms news, should be discussed here. This thread is and will grow fast.
Drawdown is more important than Account Size !

while I agree, this site is also named "Forex Factory" and not "Futures Factory". I'm not even sure if they have a futures discussion in here. And yes, it is all under the label of trading, I wouldn't mind some general non-prop futures discussions as well

I dont think people realize that most of their favorite prop firms right now are having significant financial stress. The vast majority of in-flows are people trying to game the system and inflating numbers on the income and the outgoing.

Soon these props will start mass banning because of these groups and the reputation will get ruined on social media and they will go under. They HAVE to combat these groups to survive so that people who actually want to trade and not just attack props revenue streams can have the opportunity.

The problem is we - as traders- think everything is un fair. ITs unfair to wait 30 days for a payout, its unfair to have time limits and standards to achieve to be "virtual funded". Its unfair to have trailing drawdown. Its unfair to have a 10% profit target. Its unfair to have a minimum withdrawal amount. Its unfair to have a minimum trade number.

Everything that makes this model sustainable is unfair in the eyes for retail traders.

But hey, there are still idiots buying TFT accounts so perhaps they deserve whats coming.
