Not sure what i can do about the situation i already mentioned i think of it as lost money when the first time happened. But still i am gonna give these proofs to propfirmmatch and get them delisted there. They are bestsellers on their website and i used the code from there to buy the account.

A little update on my Darwinex Zero journey.

First off, I'm rooting for everyone that's still using prop/futures firms but personally I feel so relaxed and free now that I'm done with all of that. All the discussions on rule changes, KYC issues, payout issues, etc etc makes my head hurt. Apex is the only firm I may try again in the future but for now I can't stand the trailing drawdown and the need to close trades daily. I just don't have the necessary screen time to trade with that restriction.

Anyways, with Darwinex I have my beloved Meta4 and can trade anyway I want. Also, it's nice to know that you simply can't do any YOLO trading or you won't ever get any "seed" capital from them or 3rd party capital from investors.

I'm 80% done with my initial trading calibration phase (I guess about two weeks of trading). My goal was 1% per week with impeccable risk management. I'm currently at about 1.9% as you can see in my trade explorer.

I'm assuming sometime next week the risk engine will have done the trading calibration and assigned me a Darwinex score and index. You have to have a score of at least 75 to get any seed capital to start.

Anyways, it's really nice to know you have to trade like a professional or you'll never make a dime. This is a long term venture for sure. The impending prop firm doom and ability to YOLO brings out my dark side. Too bad they quashed their plans to accept US clients 7 years ago. A 7 year track record earning 3-5% a month is quite lucrative for their traders that have been in the game for that long. Low and slow baby.

This video is very interesting. It explains the process nicely. It talks about how the risk engine will lower or raise the risk to your "signal" trades based on your past metrics while keeping your overall risk profile within the predetermined Darwinex standard. (the video explains it better) I thinks it's a good model. Of course, I better check with Karl. Afterall, he knows everything.

I see what they did there and I expect more cases like these to happen in the future in props that demand 2% max risk per trading idea.

When a rule like this is created there is a human bypassing it.

If a prop says that a risk per trading idea is 2% but I want to risk 4% what I'm tempted to do is:
- I lose 2%, close the trade
- Immediately after or a few minutes after I open simular trade risking another 2%

You did more or less this, though with different size and not doubling risk. Sum of both losses were more than 2% (I believe your account was 100K and the two losses together were >2K).
I believe it was not your intention but it's an easy reading from a prop that doesn't want to pay.

This will happen more and more in the future because the rule is not clear. If we lose 2% in long EURUSD when can we go long EURUSD again and not being considered the same trade ideia ? This is not clear.

The funny thing is that people say that these rules is to have sustainability of the industry. That's totally wrong. This is to have even more shady rules that allow them to deny payouts.

Rule is clear says simultaneously doesnt matter you close and open another. Check the first email they clearly defined spliting trades that are opened simultaneously. Now their risk management changed the subject. They say fear of violation. If thats the case my each trade loss will be close to 2%. Even though they saying by their own mouth i didnt breach anything but because of fear i would have done it.

The rule as I see here is dubious and doesn't even talk about new similar positions taken after a loss is closed:

Anyway I think they would never pay you. If not by this rule, also the consistency risk rule. They would say that the 0.01 trades would be a big variation in the risk taken.

So I guess if you lose more than one percent, don't take another trade out on that pair? I would ask them how long you should wait until you can trade the pair you lost on again and were is that in the rules.

they denied 200k coz of same nonsense before
i dont care now if they pay me or not since last fiasco i told they flagged me wont even pay. But provide my proof to propfirmamatch. Tomorrow i am going to talk to their support and see what can be done

I think if you lose 2% on EURUSD, and then go in again in a short while, they'll call it revenge trading.

im using fxblue copier to copy inbetween my accounts. now facing some issues to trade indice. i used to trade only currencies, but recently starting to trade indices as well. the issue I'm facing is different contract size on different broken prop firm.

does any one know any copier on which I can use different multiplier on different instruments.

It's 2% aggregate, not 1% if I understand correctly. And, yes, the rule is very unclear about when can we repeat again the same trading ideia.

He started a 0.25 long US30 trade at 20:04 which was closed at 22:01 with a 1087 loss (aprox -1%)

Then he started a 0.5 long US30 trade at 22:04 which was closed at 22:09 with a 1200 loss (aprox -1.2%)

Between 22:01 (close of first trade) and 22:04 (open of second trade) it's only 3 minutes diference. They considered this as the same trade idea/trade.

Then they summed up 1087 loss and 1200 loss and considered that 2287 loss which is more than 2% (on a 100K account).

That's why the rule is extremely ambiguous.

Position 1 was closed and a new one, similar, was initiated after 3 minutes.

They don't objectively define any time interval for NOT be considered the same strategy. Not possible after 3 minutes ? What about 5 minutes ? And 10 minutes ? and 1 hour ? And one day ? It's ambiguous, which is what these rules aim to be.

Yep, but they should be clear about when we can trade again the same ideia without that being added to the loss of the previous trade.
Monty only waited 3 minutes to go again long in US30. What about 5 minutes or 15 minutes or 1 hour or 1 day ? When do they stop considering the same trade idea ?

its not an issue how many you open or close a trade. Their rule is 2% per trade idea. It clearly says simultaneous thats it
