Is it ok to walk into mcdo and eat 20 burgers all at once? They are in the business of selling burgers, if you're an idiot of eating 20 at one sitting, how is that their fault? There are a lot of scam shops around, but I don't see FTMO as one of them (yet). When I see credible warning signs, I'll be here posting those. But until then crying wolf everytime someone screws up is counter-productive.

2 years back it was OK to eat even 1000 burgers why suddenly have digestion problem may be piles

-I think that the point was that it is hypocritical for FTMO to allow prohibited activity while receiving client funds, but then change their tune when funds are to be paid out to client. It is the same story, across all firms, though. The nature of the business is understood by most, as well as the hypocrisy that drives it.

The amount of abusive / toxic traffic has increased massively for firms.

If the old way of working doesn't work then they need to change so it does.

It's amazing the FX props have lasted so long with such lax rules vs the Futures space.

Again a bad example because the burger house will sell me 20 burgers but won't blame me for eating 20 burgers. They don't give a sh*.

However FTMO sells 1:100 (in fact 1:1000) and them blames people for using 1:100.

Well it is other way around. Overall traffic is reduced so they can't pay many people therefore finding ways to not pay.
There were more reverse trading going on prop firms 1 year back than now as scammers are not fool to get scammed by prop firm.
It is easier to make 100K payout when you have monthly signups of 1 million. Now it is reduced to 10K so even 20K payout is not possible.

Exactly if they see gambling problem, warn them on challenges not payout.

They didn't suddenly have digestion problems, 2 years ago they didn't have gambling rules. When they put those up, from that moment on you should take note of those. If tomorrow they come out that from then on you can only buy in even lots and sell in odd lots, you can either follow the new rules or leave them. Or come here and whine about them.
I understand that Americans are salty and I feel for them, but FTMO is still a way better option than Apex.

Man i need to be more careful luckily made 200$ more... but what happened is added a short orders in asia as sl and tp. it hit my tp but i guess lt left the short stop loss order there. I just opened the tradovate and saw positions were running on funded account PHeww what a save and BS i have already crossed 30% on 5 accounts 900$+ profit i planned to keep them below 700$.

There was always gambling rules. Also why not stop them on challenges itself. Its like allowing people to f@uck without condoms and blaming them after 9 months why didn't you use condoms.

Keep in mind that for the first three months, your payout is capped at 2k per account regardless how much you make. So swinging for the fence each day isn't necessary.

You probably closed the trades manually. The SL and TP don't get cancelled, I think. Same thing happened to me. Closed manually, hit my TP and my trade was reversed, and fortunately for me, hit over 1k profit after a few hours when I was out swimming with the kids.
Edit: Ah, sorry. Saw your hit TP. Need to set OCO for the SL and TP,I guess.

Good now your withdrawal threshold increased to 3200$ for some account. Thats the problem with futures there is no inherit SL and TP orders but if you use Quanttower you can have OCO orders but it doesn't support tradovate.

Indicators like VWAP (not sure about pivot point) you need to buy paid version. Free version comes with basic indicators and copier within same prop firm.

I just now put a stickie on screen to MANDATORY click exit all order button after every trade close

atleast won but in process lost 150$ worth of drawdown. Sometimes winning not good
