Put a warning on a pack of smokes but I can still smoke as many as I can afford.......OK, put a warning on trading (they already have) and let me trade what and how I wish.
Once again, I can trade $5/point on the S&P futures with $40 in margin, the equivalent spot forex trade in EURUSD requires $1,000, GBPUSD $1,666....what is the logical explanation for this? are futures less risky? less volatile? The dow dropped 900 points in two hours yesterday, forex only moves like that in a black swan type event.
I know you understand the answer, it simply doesn't fit your agenda.

Oh, I am only apex as well. I am not even maxed at 20 yet. The 40-50 is more of a 3-6 month target. Just like the forex props, even though this is way less outlay, I refuse to spend my own money. Portfolio of accounts is always accumulated with reinvested profits.
Currently, I only know of two others that allow 20+ and they are both very, very new. I also will not pay more than $33 for a $2,500 DD/3K profit model. I am anticipating some of the long established companies becoming more competitive as Apex is destroying them. They more than likely have more traders than all of the others combined.
If no other company offers multiple accounts AND this price point, I'll just stay with apex. The main priority is the personal futures account anyway....I just use props to accelerate the growth.

every big youtuber showing fat checks from apex only. Some talk about topstep thats it.

My risk management strategy. MY probability is 1 funded account out of 3 tries. FOr futures i'll be using 3 contracts max for EVAL phase and 1 contract for funded phase. Target is 30 points loss or tp on DOW. FOr Eval it'll be 450$ a day and funded 150$ a day......

I recommend to learn quantower....you can copy all of your accounts and simply put a multiplier of 3 on the evals....it will accomplish exactly what you are looking to do with the $150/$450.

Given the situations in Israel and middle east, is it appropriate to buy 5ers challenge? Is it possible that 5ers suddenly stops operating for a while?

My major issue is i am mac user sometimes these platforms dont have support for that. But never the less I am planning to build my trading office with mulitple screens this quarter. I have mostly trading from my phone till yet. DO the analysis on tradingview phone app and then open trade in phone lol.

I wouln't buy any new challenge with any forex prop....probably ever again. I am only trading what I have left as most of the funding I had accross several firms was ripped away from me. I was simply stating that FTMO and the 5%ers are the only 2 I would trust to actually pay and I guess FTMO is becoming questionable now as well. I have made the move to futures.

I've been trading with Sierrachart. It has all you might think of.
It has a light design and superb performance (it's pure C++), but a bit of outdated UI experience and a steep learning curve, though. By steep leaning curve, I meant the fact, that almost everything is customizable, but you need to find the right setting of combinations of settings first.

For me only paid service is Tradingview. Bought a yearly package.

the BS happened just now its all one me lost 2 funded account.
ON TRADOVATE if you change groups you NEED TO CLICK AGAIN ON 1 OF THE ACCOUNTS IN THE GROUP. I shifted from PA account group to yolo account group and forgot to click on the account and boom it acutually opene the trade in PA which were way below under in the account orderlist and lost 2. DOw went up 30 points and came down back to breakeven n i had 10 contracts coz of yolo'ing

WHy i always have to make costly mistakes to learn from

Nevermind Passed 5 more today total 10 funded Accounts

EDIT: 1. Purchased 10 more challenges going for the kill now...... Now this set going to trade conservatively not yollo'ing

DOw is so clean long today... Could have banked 2k on the funded accounts today alone.... THis 30% consistency rule. Had to close way to early in order not to go beyond. Banked only 500bucks

Hi, i use Replikanto with Ninjatrader, so I can use the Rithmic feed. Worked fine, but trailing is not so for me. And I needed to switch symbols, as I am not so Indices focused. So with your experience, which props made problems to you ? MyFlash kicked you out and FundingTraders scammed you. And the other 3 props was which ? Because you said 5 props made problems to you. And second, over the past 4 months or so how much did you invest in total and how much did you get in payouts ?

Hi

I would like to know where I could start with using Prop Firm? What is the best prop firm challenges out there? Are there any where I could use a set of EAs and make daily draw outs? Could I use an experienced trader to trade on my behalf since I am confident to trade independently on my own?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

We're probably a little at cross purposes here. I fully believe and agree US citizens should gave access to CFDs and prohibiting them in 2010 was the wrong move. The same with online gambling.

However, I believe in Europe that the limitations of retail leverage of up to 30x is more than enough in the hands of people who don't know what they're doing. Long-term, professional traders who manage their risk don't need more leverage than that. No different from a casino machine that has limited maximum stakes. Play as much as you want within the allowed, betting regulation range (same as CFD trading).

A balance between being able to trade the products whilst not letting the brokers act in a predatory way.

The prop world of 100k notional value demo accounts with 100/1 leverage has given people a skewed perspective of realistic buying power.
