In a paid/funded account, the max drawdown stops trailing when the liquidation threshold is at $100 plus the initial plan balance (i.e. $50,100 on a 50K plan). In other words, when your peak unrealized account balance is the initial plan balance, plus the trailing drawdown amount, plus $100, the trailing will stop.

I see and for the withdrawal rules we need to have 10 trading days for our first payout and for example we have 52600 in our account i can only withdraw max 2k and will be left with 500 drawdown correct?

The ideal would be making profit till 52600 and then only withdraw the profits we make excess the 52600, like we have 54600 we withdraw 2k and we have 2.5k static drawdown in the account

Maybe one of you guys can help, in the last 2 updates of mt5 desktop app, I can’t copy paste the exact value of SL/TP of one trade to the other trade. It changes by .02 points.

That ruling coming down at the exact moment when MFF is asking the court to dismiss the case & apply sanctions to the CFTC for the exact same behavior... not a good day for the CFTC.

The CFTC isn't untouchable, there are other cases where they were ruled against so perhaps MFF has a chance. If the Feds won't step in the Circuit Courts may save the day. https://www.jonesday.com/en/insights...by-enforcement

Are there people who have done chargebacks with their bank/creditcard provider in relation to propfirms? I've seen some dude get back 6k with chargebacks and he lost all his challenges but it seems these propfirms can't/wont actually defend themself. Shady hmm

Hope the ruling in Debt box case could prompt CFTC to accept a settlement that is fair for MFF. Maybe MFF agrees to quit US market, CFTC pays all the costs of the lawsuit and the case is dropped.

Settlement would be nice but at this point quitting US market would probably be a bit of an argument.

Truth is when settlement occurs, barring any ban or monetary penalty we wont know exactly what the terms are. CFTC won't be paying anything if there is a settlement thats for sure. Even if they are told to pay it will be done kicking and screaming.

My view is that this is an opportune time for both parties to settle amicably but its up to CFTC to bring that forward.
