also if price does not close below 2140 today. Because if price closes below that range today, then its already a break of structure. Else there is this 80% possibility of price to grab liquidity towards ATH during fomc. before it start to drop again. banks and institution usually will trap bears and pump and dump before the drop.

On weekly, bears want to target 2150 but they didn't even get near today.
Is it only me or IC Market server is having problems during peak market opening hours? I seem to experiencing price freeze or server disconnection every few seconds during US market time. Sometimes this happens during London market opening time as well. It is frustrating as I scalp on 1 minute chart and the price freezes now and then and I always have to refresh the connection on the MT5 server. At first, I thought it was only on MT4, hence I changed to MT5, but the same price freeze problem happened on MT5 as well.

You're not alone. Their servers keep freezing, especially during US market hours. Very poor. I'm considering not using them anymore. When there is red data release, I have to keep re-launching my MT5.
