As you noticed what happened in the last 15 minutes Powell released a pre written report before he testifies little later today and you see how it is going up and down.

To answer your question: no one knows! if we knew we would all be millionaires, we can go back down or go up.

It is difficult and complicated and very volatile.
There is many things that affect how it moves: economy, news, interest rate, politics, politicians speeches, WAR....
