Log in.
I used my ctrader id copied and pasted from credentials on Tff website. And copy pasted password also from credentials.

Capablanca this may be the way to go. The way i logged in meant i currently have several accounts that i have to individually login and logout of to access. Cannot switch between the accounts.

Re reading tff blog advice, they do say an email would be sent regarding setting up password. I havent recieved any such email, so I logged in as previously described.

yeah if u already have a ctrader account in the same email of TFF dont need to set up account, a TFF ctrader account will be add in your ctrader

Did you recieve an email then about setting ctrader password? I havent previously used ctrader, so didn't have an account nor email registered with ctrader. I now have 3 tff accounts each designated with a different ctrader id and password.

Oh so its different in TFF, but i have ctrader icmarkets and if i create another account with other broker with same email i can manage all in the same email or ctrader id, but maybe with TFF they give you different ctrader ids for each account

Getting lots of juicy emails from arbitrage companies who have integrated into DXTrade and match trader. Because they are such absolutely shit platforms and very laggy, arbitrage is going to be so easy on them.

I only received an email from TFF, nothing from ctrader. The elements in that TFF email are the same than in the site.

Looking at the credentials in the site can you confirm that this is just what you used ?

I think it should work in the way you say. In the blog it says 'ctrader id will let you access all currently existing accounts with tff'

I've either done something wrong or they are having teething problems. Nevermind attleast my accounts are back for now.

Imagine the honest arbitrage companies trying to sell you something new based on changing markets - I'd totally 100% trust them

Hey, there are also people selling HFTs which will pass your test and make you 100% per month too!

Perhaps a dose of cynicism wouldn't go amiss...

Modern, light, cloud-based scalable platforms, vs old DC / server-based old tech. I wonder which will be more nimble.

Yes I applied the credentials as you've demonstrated.
Not sure why you would be receiving that error.
Do you have more than one account? Have you tried different account.

Seems like we'll both being having the pleasure of speaking to their customer service. Something to look forward to Monday for.

Maybe this is from TFF but try download the official cTrader app for desktop not the one from TFF
the ctrader apps from brokers always one version late
Download the official ctrader in ctrader website and try login with ctrader id and password

I had downloaded ctrader it from the download section of TFF and didn't work.
Now I tried this suggestion and it worked !! Thanks a lot for the help guys. I'm going no to place a 0.01 trade to see if this thing works and goes through the dashboard.

BTW, they issued the new account with the scaling that was requested together with the payout (at least they didn't fail on that).

You gonna love cTrader, at first i hated this platform but now i trade with ctrader as master to my MT5 accounts

I know ctrader reasonably well because I used it a lot with my ICMarkets account (it was cheaper commission than MT). In the meantime I went back to MT. But I don't dislike ctrader.

Today it was also the funding pips MTR or how they call it. Already setup and working.

I guess on Monday it will be funded engineer because today I don't have any more patience for new stuff.
