I hear also that CFTC potentially is going after the futures props as well but I can't see a pathway to that other than going after the vendors.

Last time I said I have different opinion with them regarding US client purchases. Now this announcement by them aligned with mine. Just to address one point in this statement. I can confirm that they are certainly exploring the options of getting a letter of no action from CFTC. I wont say beyond this. Probabilities are very low. Atleast they are making an effort. That is a good thing. I wish them all the best. None of the US firms tried till now. Still waiting for MFF outcome.

If you are in USA signup with forex.com you cant go wrong. I had a max withdrawl with them of $23,000 from my live account. No issues at all. They are a good broker and have multiple certification. I have friends who have big accounts with them.

every prop firm just banned US citizens like they don't have any right to take participation in money making opportunities in trading, gambling field

suppose if what happening to US citizens, happen to our country as well where we are living, where you are living, then what would happen,
at first it so tough to make money trading, and then all this heck is going on like trading is some easy quick money making scheme that people should not make use of otherwise nobody will go for any other job or profession and country have to bring doctors, teachers, officers, employers from other countries to do job, because people in our country are doing trading from home and making moneyy easily that nobody wants to do job or better say serve the country or the society

My background is brokers there are a lot of behind the scenes discussions going on. No one is really surprised, only thinkmarkets thought they could game the situation and I do hope they have their license removed for that. Doing what they did, they should not be in business.

This firm is notorious for these emails yet they are selective in WHO they send the emails to If the trader earns the payout the trader should get paid. If this means your business isn't profitable then perhaps you should have rethought the model.

"I've had terrible experiences with them denying payouts out of no where (once myself, and have heard many horror stories) They also interview like 90% of people who make it to payout which I believe is in effort to delay payouts and further deny people who can't join the call or whatever reason"

"There's nothing more demotivating and demoralising for a trader than to have to go through the payout denial farce every time you reach payout. It's exhausting, stressful and poor business.

reached out to me a day before my payout is due to suggest I was partaking in account management, due to circa. 18 out of the 93 trades I've taken on the account closely resembling those of another trader. I responded clarifying that all my trading is discretionary, explaining why those trades were taken, and even giving them login access to my master darwinex account (from which I copy trades) to see that I placed those trades myself. They came back and told me this wasn't enough, and that it was "essential to address the gravity of the situation". How can I prove a negative? I can prove I took my own trades, but how can I prove I have nothing to do with whatever other account they're referencing if I have no access to that account? I've sent multiple emails offering to support in any way I can, including undertaking an interview with them. None of them have been responded to. It's now getting to the end of the UK working day, which means I'll likely miss the payout tomorrow, and my account is disabled in the meantime. I'll be too busy at work over the next couple of days to do an interview, which means the payout I should be receiving tomorrow, if I receive at all, will be significantly delayed. There was no delay in accepting my challenge fee. No delay in informing traders that they've failed. But when it comes to payouts, then there are delays. Utterly demoralising. Why does every withdrawal week have to feel like pulling teeth, and sitting on the edge of your seat waiting to see whether you'll be denied or accepted this time."

Can you share with me the current spread on GBPAUD at Forex.com. I'm not trying to be an asshole, but it's my favorite pair and I am at 0.5 with my prop. Last time I checked with Forex.com (it's been a while) it was around 6.0. It's a huge difference.
