Both are good in its own way.

Doesn't matter. If you live in most of EU countries for more than 181 days you will be still tax resident in Spain, Germany, etc.
You may not pay taxes in Dubai but you will pay at home.

So your solution to be a resident in Dubai is not correct unless you go there or somewhere else and DO NOT LIVE in germany, spain etc. for more than 181 days. Which means, in fact, people have to move out of their countries (this was the point being discussed).
And even not living in UE for more than 181 days is not guaranteed because some UE countries have the concept of center of interest. They can easily proof that you're still a tax resident because you left a child behind, because you still have a house, because you still pay utility bills, etc. You would have to fight in court.
Maybe you're from some country where tax services are less strict like Romenia or so, but in more tough ones like France or Gemany you shoudl expect some litigancy.

It's very illogical to say that they win when we win when we can chose a sim account. This should be proof enough to understand that they don't win when we win because they need to pay us profits from a sim account.

Apart from that, you can confirm order executed or pending. What's the point ? The point is that you can verify it, And I did it. That's why I know it's a videogame.

Man, you came here with extreme enthusiasm of how TradeDay was a fabulastic company because, contrary to the others, like top step, e2trade, etc,, they were honest.
Then we check their "honesty" against the others and it's all the same:
- Charge monthly fees in challenge phase
- Allow a sim funded (which means no real fund involved)
- Charge exchange fees (so do the other ones)

It's clear that one of two things happen:
- Either they are as honest as the others (and not more honest like you said)
- Or they are as dishonest like the other ones because they do the same. You chose.

It's clear that being such a viewed topic there are people from futures props interested in shifting the "mood" here to pick up the business.

Bad luck guys. People here don't eat the sh*t you spread in remaining of social media. You may come here with double nicks of pretending you are just a normal user but we can smell it miles away.

Only TradeDay.... then we look into TradeDay and they do the same than TopStep, E2T and so on.

yep, I'm not sure if Masterrmind still has time to follow the topic but there's a clear try to pick up business here from futures prop. Some are easy to spot, some are more subtle like this last one.

I'm fine with futures prop. I already used them and I'm still using now, and more people here use them. But I think we all want independent and unbiased reviews, without agendas.

Future props' trailing drawdown is designed to make traders fail. As long as they stick to crappy trailing drawdown, I would not consider using them.

MyFundedFutures have s static from time to time. They had it open last week. Metrics are not fantastic but better than the static of apex.

capablanca is the most dishonest FF member I've seen. He intentionally and willfully misquotes or otherwise misrepresent facts to make whatever case he is trying to make. I've added him to my ignore list.

And if I chose live account is no proof of anything unless I see the orders in the exchange (top step called them live and there was no live stuff). Have you checked your trades ? Can you leave us here the trail audited of your trades in CME or in the other exchange to proof they are real ?

If the non US props that banned US traders come back with ACTtrader/DXtrade/match-trader, stick the middle finger up @ the CFTC and start accepting US traders again... it's probably a strong sign that they can't survive & remain solvent without 1/3 the market of challenge purchasers refilling the pot of money.
