I think prop firms will survive it's easy money for owners. And also the offer attracts lot of pseudo investors who wants to get rich quick so there always will be fresh capital. It's different from binary options which was shit offer from beginning . In my opinion it will be the same game like with crypto , regulators will try to bann it , destroy it, but industry will adapt. The worst scenario long-term will be everything operated in crypto. And crypto will survive but probably will be taxed very high in case you go to fiats with profit (30-40%). This will be still opportunity if you get like 10x capital with prop even if you pay alot for going to Fiat. Also i think US traders unfortunately will be at worst positions forever. It's because stock markets needs new capital and prices of US stocks are very high. Thinking long-term and considering how big country US is government will never let capital to being invested outside US for bigger scale. Us depends too much from stock markets. Also i see Us getting weaker year by year and having lot of problems inside. So they need to show they are still in charge of capitalism when it's exactly opposite. I hope some other currencies will fight with dollar about being most traded and used in economy. Competition is good, maybe this would change something in this world. The worst scenario is if biggest economies already agreed about CBDC etc. and deal is made which means we are no more free people. The best scenario is 2-3 biggest economy blocks in competition, this might lead to CBDC project go to trash. I stay positive, I think whole world pretending still playing same game as US, but in fact just waiting for any sign of weakness to be free from US. How many years we can feed this growing debt monster
