That's the same thing that happened to me about two months ago. I contacted the bank and they cleared it up said it was ok and got denied again. Called the bank and they said it was not on their end. So I tried it again and then I got a message from Stripe through Google that I could not use my card for this transaction. So that told me that stripe was blocking it, not the bank. Did some research and found out that Stripe is blocking some prop firms don't know why or if you used Stripe to try to pay but if you did that is why. I bought a trial with the 5ers after that and Funding Traders and had no problem with Stripe.

I think that should MFF return you will have your account still. If MFF don’t return it’s not by their own choice and no one knows what that looks like.

either scenario is possible and no one knows what the outcome will be. It’s just wait and see how it plays out moment.

the people who did chargebacks definitely won’t be getting their accounts, profit splits or otherwise though. Most probably the chargebacks will be part of any penalty.

I had funded account with them and everything has gone .... Difersyfing portfolio between several prop firms is best thing 10K 25K 50K with 1 prop 100K with another one i'm not anymore advocade of putting in all eggs in 1 basket!

I do not know what kind of license agreement that Meta has with its clients, but you would think that all of the businesses that get killed over Meta's succumbing to regulatory pressure would have some liability claim against Meta. Maybe they protected themselves well enough.

I can only thank regulators from the bottom of my heart for further-protecting me from my own free will.

It's now clear that they lied to everyone during 2 weeks to cash in some more challenges, while not paying anyone.

Anyway, this will repeat in more props IMO and not just props. Also in brokers offshore. Meta is being squeezed by regulators which is the easiest way to shut down prop industry and offshore brokers. How didn't they think about that before, evil as they are ? So simple.
