Thanks for taking this up. Time frame is 1 minute.

As for your Demo account. You can have all the other indices assets on it if activated. Under the VIEW menu, go to symbols, then choose the symbol you want and then click on the SHOW SYMBOL button. On your chart, look for the Create A New Chart button and click on its drop down arrow to see all the lists of symbols you have enabled. Choose the one you want like the Booom 500, 1000 and Crash 500 and 1000

I can't activate what isn't there...

PS. I could create a new synthetic symbol, but I need to know the formula for it.

Using the strategy I gave, I moved $4 to $20 as currently shown on the screen below within 12 hrs

This is the reason I claimed earlier that if we can get this EA right, we will make insane loads of cash. That was achieved with largely with candles. Spike was traded once. If i took all spike opportunities, I would have hit $40 - $50

Need Help on Array and Coding Mod

Hi coders, I'm a beginner to learn coding and seeking for your kind help.

There are 2 scripts attached here and you just test them on your chart, the output will pop up. I'm asking for your help on the Array2 script :-

1) "Array1-Use AvLL+HHLL Scpt.mq4"

This Array1 script's SymFr[] output is absolutely 100% correct and is using 2 buffers (AvLL[] and HHLL[]) to get the answers. Therefore it involves 2 loops to achieve my final mission (to get the SymFr[] output).

2) "Array2-No AvLL+HHLL Scpt.mq4"

This Array2 script is not using the the 2 AvLL[] and HHLL[] buffers but were replaced by 2 variables (double AvLL=0, HHLL=0) to get the SymFr[] output, but the SymFr[] output is incorrect (the way I structured the codes was incorrect). It involves combining the 2 loops above (Array1 script) into only 1 single loop to achieve my mission.

Could you please help to correct my Array2 script whether is it possible to use 2 variables to replace the 2 buffers ?

Notes to coders : please do not care about the purposes of the AvLL and HHLL as both scripts' formulas are exactly the same to get the AvLL and HHLL output. My questions and issues are just on the coding aspect whether is there a way to use 2 variables instead of 2 buffers to achieve my final mission i.e. I only need to run 1 single loop to get the correct SymFr[] output in Array2 script, thank you.

How can this Crystal Ball.mq4 refresh when it's not doing anything in the start() function?
It's just doing all its code in the init() function, which means it works like a script, not an indicator.
It's a bad idea to use the AutoRefresh method.
Instead, this should be written properly as an indicator.

Hello,

I would like to ask if you can do a simple EA with below info:

Market:
Nikkei
Timeframe 5mins
Breakout or Breakdown of the 4th candle from the opening of the index
Stop loss at on the opposite range of the candle (Ex. if breakout was triggered +4 offset, stop loss will be the low end of the 4th candle range -4 points)
Take profit at 1.5x of the 4th candle range (high-low)

Can you do this?

Ok thanks a lot but currently i am using it from the indicator ...it works for me anyway I will place it and try as script thanks....

I told you that it worked like a script, which means that it does the code once, and stops doing it again.
The init() function works just once, when the indicator is initialized.
And when we change the Timeframe, the indicator is initialized.

Dude, you keep changing your rules all the time!
You made me work, you posted your rules, which already are in conflict with what reality shows!
For example, there are no up pointing arrows above the upper band for Boom Index.
And now you show a different setup (no BC Movers AMP line!!!).
And you are showing M5, which is totally different than M1 on those Indices.

I'm not going to waste my time when You don't even know what exactly your strategy is.
If your trading is discretionary, then EA can not do this.

When you are showing a concrete trade, please also show on the image (point to) all the conditions you took into account for that trade.

BTW, if the startegy is working for 500 Indices, there is no reason why it shouldn't work for 300 Indices.

You need to place the active code under Start{}. Then it will refresh and it is also how programming works.
MetaTrader 4 - so many advantages.

In the older MQL4 we used start() for indicators.
In the current MQL4 we should use OnCalculate() for indicators.
