Apex's first payment to me has been accepted and sent. Just waiting for it to hit my account. No more of my money at risk.
Slowly building accounts with Microlots and tiny scalps for small wins and small losses.
Up another $160 today on 3 challenge accounts and 1 PA.
Replikanto Copy Trader software for Ninjatrader is working perfectly coping trades with ATM's intact and I plan to buy it after next week as my 7 day trial ends this week.
Starting to think about a plan for obtaining some $300K accounts at the beginning of the new year.
I need to start doing some research to find the best way to form a US trading business that minimizes the taxation incurred by doing business as a Independent Contractor of Apex. Probably an LLC but do you guys have any insight?

I think you'd better stay focused on your trading and wait for at least 6 months of profitable trading before starting to think about it.

I'd like to say, there are instant funding prop firms that do not require challenges or with fewer steps, only one, but with lower profit share.

I don't know about why you failed, maybe next time reduce your lot size? Obviously if you hit the max or daily loss, then your account is terminated.

I'm usually a compassionate person (not really) but anyone who decides to use them deserves what they get. They offer nothing better than anyone else, have no reputation in the industry, and charge premium prices like FTMO.

Anyone received a payout from MFFx? Im due a wire and have set up my Rise account but it (The Rise account) has been in the "ID verification" stage for a week. Anyone else have the same issue?

Yeah, 18 payouts in the last 6 months, they will pay.

I found a futures prop firm called Uprofit which offers interesting stages in evals. $30k account $1.5k profit target 2 contracts max 0 daily loss limit. $1k max loss ,no trailing DD either. At $196 per month. But the only program which offers it. The rest of their programs do have daily loss limits.
Apparently they hardly got discounts. Which is prolly why they havent been heard of so much. Might be a good sign that they do not do aggressive marketing to attract gamblers.

Also regarding Tradovate found another complaint about them 9 months ago using Propfirm Elite trader and Topstep. Someone on youtube apparently had issues with Tradovate order filling delays and errors which even prevented him for closing the order and thus broke the limits. Both Elitetrader funding and Topstep got affected but apparently EliteTrader funding did reset his account. No clue how Topstep reacted to the situation. But it shows from my own experience before Tradovate still got issues as I suspect was the case for ForexBali here lately too.

2:35 mentions how tradovate was crashing and many had issues with it on Elitefunding discord. Also topstep was affected.

So for those using Tradovate, if you never had issues with them thats great. But this is just a notice for newbies to be aware. Since had issues myself many years ago and why i stopped using it. Just surprised I encountered this video and now hearing ForexBali lately also having issues. The weird part to me. Is why TopStep even offers Tradovate knowing these issues been around since years but I guess not that common the issues but very severe consequences when they do happen.

I read somewhere (here or twitter) that Rise was brutally loaded with new users and ID was delaying more that what was supposed.
It was advised that people make the KYC upfront well before the payout date.
