Indicators are completely useless...the only people who use them are retail trades, that tells you all you need to know about them.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

Phone deleted a detailed post, not writing it all again.

I'm out of sells for the weekend. Might be an up move, but not sure there's much value at this point. 1900 will almost certainly bounce. Down to 1800 before Xmas, maybe even this month. My original target was 1700 for year end, it's not likely now but I wouldn't rule it out.

Gold isn't getting anything more than a dead cat bounce unless wars escalate.

US stocks look strong, Santa rally a possibility. Recession is coming, just a question of when. Eurozone basically now, UK I'd say early next year and US to follow. If stock market is high when the fed drops rates, a big crash will follow.

gold became more weak in comparative and continue in the body present swing down . so may continue down substantially next week and if try range also ok .
while dx also weak , failed take off last week too and may further weak as well next week !

Same here! Especially with Diwali increasing gold demand, and DXY also looks like it is ready to drop a bit, not that it's correlated all the time, plus... We all know Gold likes to retrace after a week or two of going in one direction. Above the 200-DMA I'll be careful to short, but that's also because I am biased due to the fact that I have longs up to 2000. Sigh.

Thinking of changing broker seeing as my one charges swap fees for holding longs (and nothing for holding shorts).

Hello folks, gold is Bullish in the higher time frames but we are actually in a period of retracement for a move toward 2009.
In H4 last week a beautiful waterfall occured, it's not finish yet as the price is normally going to 1900 first, but before going here it's can retrace again before falling.
The goal of this retracement should be the red box around 1960 here could be a potential zone to find a setup.

Im just trying to use some logic and improve my analysis, my analysis is not a setup.
Next week i will try to find a buy setup to target this zone if it's allow me, if it's not adapt and try to find a sell setup to target the sell side liquidity.

Perma Gold bull me. Reason Gold is not $4-$5 k is world banks are desperate so they just keep on selling on the futures market. Paper money vs. reality . One of my favourites Meddle. Echoes sublime solo.
