Earlier this week, a guy from a prop firm group on facebook shared that weeks ago he disputed the MFF challenge charges with his credit card company and presented the CFTC notices as proof and he was refunded. But recently, the charge was back on his card. When he called the cc company, they said that MFF called them up and was told that services were provided and that he should not be refunded.
No one on either side should be able to access the capital until the court ordered freeze on personal & business assets is lifted.

Yes, if you were currently trading a non-violated challenge, you are absolutely entitled to a refund. If you already failed, you didn't lose anything, product was provided. On the other hand, those of us funded, are entitled to WAY MORE than a challenge fee, but I guess we need to charge back the CFTC for that????

Yes, I use a variable SL and on my tightest SL I need about 18:1 so their 10:1 max leverage may also be a major issue for some.

FTMO’s swing acct with 1:30 leverage is good enough for me. I don’t need to worry about accidentally trading news release.

@pipmaster77 - you already passed phase 1 of 5ers, do you have a diff risk approach during challenges? I read before that you really risk low during live.
It might take a while for me to pass 5ers bec I realized that I need to go low and slow to avoid doing stupid things to my acct.
Plus my high probability setup only appears 2-3x a week, most of the time I can only catch 2 in a week.

Long time since I looked into them. I think they had some consistency rules which they eliminated.
Now they have some sort of general rules of what people are expected not to do.

FE also has that IP problem. So no VPN can be used with them. Also I do not have a fixed IP address from my provider, so I am not sure about. They could excuse any payout just to say it is third party account management. FE has done this recently very often. FXIFY not. So if I compare those two FXIFY would be the winner here or ?

Yes,so my accounts I cuurently have were all done when there were time limits. The 5%ers is my first no time limit challenge, I did 1% per day, so 8 days........underwater in phase 2 though, so I'll go small to get out of DD.

Other than that

I got my refund and one payout (i reached level 2 and then failed as I was just testing their Lite account)
I purchased VIP but they gave me EUR account instead of USD. As soon as I reported the issue they immediately refunded me as well. It actually wasn't a mistake - they currently only offer EUR accounts until they release MT5 with their GBE broker, which should be next week. Then they let you chose EUR or USD.

So far they seem reliable to me. They don't care about my changing IP addresses. Though US citizens can only purchase their futures challenges, not CFD

Thats interesting I didnt notice that, maybe i will get some of my fee back then. Will be interested to see if that discretionary bonus is for the amount paid for the challenge.

I would dispute that stating the account was provided for unlimited time unless failed specified conditions. My MFF acc was like 3% - something up and I've requested chargeback. Will update once its solved.
