It has been nothing but targeting my stops regardless of direction or position. 16 lost trades, 1 win. 25% account lost.

see h4 as the medium term trend.
do not be side tracked by smaller trends.
ask how many times has the support been broken?
ask how many times has the resistant been broken?
one should be able to see using support resistant and trend line to gauge the directional bias.
if you see a lot of support resistant crowding together - means ranging.
