Indeed he was caught cheating. There was a discussion in Discord and officially they say he cheated. So then they denied the payout. Certificates are done automated.

I know you have a lot of funding with Bespoke, but how do you ignore and explain away every complaint against the company.... they are all cheaters?

There should be much more silence now, as cheaters have it much more difficult. Still reverse trading across multiple props is possible to cheat, but sure they will get caught too. 8cap is removed 100% totally from Bespoke, so those datafeeds from 8cap cannot be exploited anymore. That does not work on the broker they use solely now, which is Thinkmarkets. There should be much less noise about denied payouts in the next weeks from now going forward in the future. This should be history here.

Yes you need to shape your flow for sure by using rules. I have been having some conversations about it today and have drafted some things for lawyers to check if its an option. If its not, I will pass my idea onto someone else here and move on. My bet is on moving on. I am too old for this market.

seems to be the way. But the calls on twitter are starting to get louder and more detailed. Including fake certificates and payouts.

And I assume the discussion in Discord took place after all traders asking inapropriate questions have been (rightfully!) blocked

Because I make my homework and following all complaints and other things too very closely with Bespoke on their Discord channels. Based on that I form my opinion.

I'm sure you also listen to the traders and follow their version of the story. And naturally you also have all the necessary log data (unaltered of course) from Bespoke systems as well as from the trader to be able to form your unbiased opinion, am I right?

I make my reasoning. I also got many personal invites unasked to talk with them about their payout problem. Then the truth comes out on this discussion. If they invite me as friend to discuss their problem, I ask them many questions. Then I found out the truth, which confirms my opinion. That all denied were cheating. No exception.

You keep ignoring my case, which is at least one exception which I know about for certain. You can argue i was offered an account after all but I also explained why I refused and that Bespoke never paid me the bonus they advertised. If you keep ignoring this one despite all the clear evidence I posted everywhere around why should I believe that you are unbiased in all the others cases?

Because you had no funded account with them waiting on a payout. They just did not like your trading style and you got your refund too. That is not a total fraud for me. I also do not know how you traded and what confused. So I cannot go deeper in details. But yes they offered you to trade on your funded account and then you denied a large account. I do not understand this. Sorry. This is free money. If you ever made it to a payout on funded, why not take this free money then with you ? We already had this discussion and I do not want to repeat the whole. Only if you could provide all of your trades in details I would look again. Did you save your trades report on Metatrader with Bespoke ? Could you then insert this attachment in another post, so we all can have a look on this ?

He, Prince Kumar, got his payout, he is not telling the truth. I got confirmation from CEO of Bespoke that he was paid his payout on certificate. But he broke Terms and Conditions so he cannot continue with them. This is very generous I must say.

Before Prince said he was pursuing legal action. Why would he be doing this if he received it ? It's clear that he did not receive it.

And what Kaler said in that tweet is that he has to issue this payout. That's afterwards. I think he realized that this took proportions that he didn't expect.

How many Princes are out there without access to so much exposition to force Kaler to pay, like in this case ?
