Hussar this is to answer your effort for making the post about the behavior of Gold after each bearish dip which normally is followed by an explosion up. I don't think it will go very high this time cause The intrest rates are so high.

Here is the DXY in every year from around oct 1st to January. previously it was Bullish but recently it has become bearish. It doesn't guaranty a bearish trend but even when it was bullish before it had a small dip before going up. so time will tell.

In chart here it is 3 times bullish and 2 times bearish so.. i dont think so that history could matter

Gold, only my Game Plan --- dont mean it will work so manage risk if following.... Gold Seasonality should kick in this month ... Im long and will add if we drop lower next week

...Just look at that weekly on the DXY. Finally going to end the week bearish.

Thank you yes it is a shooting star I think that is indicating a decline might be possible. I didn't see that thank you.

Monday is holiday in Japan , USA and Canada and china comes back and has a lot to catch up. Their natural choice would be to dump dollars as always now in a good price probably. I don't think there will be a lot of moves in the market monday so I will keep my position until Wednesday to see what will be the outcome of FOMC meeting. If they are Dovish the gold will be Bullish. They may increase the intrest rates even more then the downtrend will continue. If they cut the rates suddenly gold shoots to the moon but that I think is impossible. The best that feds can do (in my half cooked opinion is to say what they said before and ensure near future rate hikes and maintaining the rate. Or even better hiking rates to match Europe's rate hikes.

USA can export the national debt to outsiders by attracting them to USA and as in the last FOMC meeting all the Markets in the world became red so if suddenly USA cut rates, It is possible they have also transferred their loss to hasty investors successfully. I don't have enough data Just I know that recession is a matter of national security for USA cause I have heard it from military bloggers. I mean a global recession would put immense pressure on USA rivals.

price breaks over 1833.35 at least proved a bounce intention for next 1840/50 but to break the previous high it may needed correction below 1822.68 , with or without previous high 1834.86 though . so still bottoming need before real bounce for some correction ! so may get a better entry for buy also! lets see
