Hello everyone, let me start by saying that I have just started to move into the world of MQL4, so please be patient.
I have the same problem with two different indicators founded somewhere. And for both the problem occurs only with the change from long to short, therefore from green to red. When it turns from green to red I have no problems.
In practice, if it goes from green to red it changes the color of the last green one (already finished). And suddenly I find two red bars (when only the last one should be).
Since it is a common problem for 2 indicators I thought that the problem is my platform. Can you tell me how to solve it? Thank you!

It is not a problem of your platform and this is normal.
An indicator of this sort calculates some average values from a specific number of historical data (prices in candles).
So, because they are averages, they can change, they are not finite.
Depending on the sensitivity of the indicator it can repaint the previous calculation, or even 2 or 3 back.
Indicators don't know the future, they don't have any future data.
All they do is calculate all sorts of average prices based on historical data.

If you would take the time to study only this thread from the begining, everybody is looking for non-repainting indicators.
Everybody is looking for the indicator which can predict the future.

Is there a way to have an indicator that uses the Trend Lord.ex4 file and gives me an alert when it changes color? I'm at the beginning, I read that I have to use iCustom but after several days of trying I realized that I need a good soul to do it for me.

Can someone write me the code just for alerts?

Hi all,
I have been testing to write an EA, but i can't figure out what's the problem it can't close all position when target profit reached.
Any master can help with that?
Making some changes in TEST3 but still cannot activate Targetprofit close All function zzz....

They all use the same formula, so there can not be any best one.

You can find them in the MT4 -> Navigator -> Indicators -> Trend folder.
They are called "Moving Average".
A Displaced Moving Average is a Moving Average which is shifted backward or shifted forward.
