Thats my take also. It'll blow all the stops out around August low $1884 . So maybe go to $1875 . Then next week take off ? If it does not do that maybe trek on down to February low $1804. At some point however it is going to all time new highs past $2070 but this could be 2024 or 2025. Very little certainty. Exercise patience and wait.

At some point it will reach an all time high, but it won't be this year and probably not next year. Until the Fed show signs of dropping interest rates, gold should keep going down. Asian countries seem to be buying gold to underwrite their currencies in another gold standard era, but the west don't want that to happen so can't see it. If it wasn't for them buying up so much gold, it'd be in free fall right now.

Comparing percentages with lot sizes is wrong. I trade also overleveraged most of the time but for 1618 account probably traded lot size should be around 0.05. Maybe even 0.01

I do normally use 7 lots size for 5 pips and it does paid. I don't have time stressing myself looking for long.
