Someone posted this on the DataIsBeautiful subreddit the other day. Thought it gave a nice, real-world, demonstration of how much the dollar has lost value over the last 15 years, where as gold has done what it is meant to do and be a store of value.

How much each new iPhone would have cost you in dollar vs gold at launch.

Wow, nice chart for comparison - everything you've mentioned makes sense why most peeps prefer to buy Gold after dips

With gold , never be overconfident. And trading journey is how good you are in long term, cause short term can eat alot of your account and that kills trading joy.
Would suggest not doing it

Also...Making an income from trading, in my opinion, should be done to provide you with freedom for the rest of the day and rest of your life. Make some profits at the beginning of the day and then go and live your life for the rest of the day.

Now take your own advice MrF.

If you want to get to that freedom,
Try to be consistent for atleast a year. If you will succeed, hope you will, ill catch you up somewhere in Uk for a pint of beer and will tell you welcome,you made it
Treat it like a business and no plan b's. Success takes time,and not everyday or week should be profitable.

Yeah I don't know how many times I keep on repeating the same mistake I should be more strict towards myself not to be blinded with greed. If everything goes according to my plan I'll my profit goal in a year from now but yeah for now thank you for the reply I appreciate it.

Without discipline there will be no Consistency,
Without Consistency ,discipline cant work.
Forward time and see urself in a year, a year goes fast, and if you will be in the same spot in this journey, ur just wasting your life and energy.
