I suspect that due to taxes paid the OSC might be a little bit friendly in this case if there is a favorable result in CFTC. You don't just go like "oh yeh, 60 million and taxes can fuck off" but if I was him, I would be closing up in north america for sure. Rebranding, I dont think so, I think that all they need to do is add some disclosures, set a trend of public disclosure of financials and probably stay away from social media. I think the toxic bullshit on social media starts all this shit and stay in a lane and focus there and i think they will be fine after a few months, payouts tend to make people forget about many things. The problem now is though, any slippage in the market and people claim its a scam, you can see it already on other firms. Its going to be a constant battle of that type of bullshit.
