Also they the CFTC did not claim to silent any claims or for deleting negative reviews on trustpilot to make their company in better light than it is in reality. Many other props except MFF and FTMO were doing this. It can only get worse from the MFF case.

This reminds me how Bespoke treated me.

I placed a standard manual trades and passed. They confirmed. Later they said I used martingale. I provided evidence this was not true. They said ok, it wasn't martingale but grid (wtf???). I proved them wrong again. Then they said it's final decision and irreversible. Then I went public. Suddenly, they confirmed there was nothing wrong about my trading, reversed their final irreversible decision and even wondered why I was not willing to continue trading with them...

Okay, it was a mess. But in the end they said that you can continue to trade with them. So why did you not get your refund + payout then ? I mean when they say nothing is wrong they need to payout you or ? Was it a bigger payout ? So you got your refunds back but NOT your payout, really ? After all that messages from Bespoke I would say you had the right to get back your payout and continue trading also. When was that ? In March or earlier ? They had pretty fast growth and some changing rules to that time.

Hey. Is there any way to implement a news filter for manual trading on MT4? So that in the case of some restricted news events, it is simply not technically possible for an order to be executed accidentally? There are some for EA's, disabling automatic trading, but for manual trading?

I do not think so you can disable manual trading. I just would look on FF calendar when there are red news. Easiest way to do that and prevent any trading I guess. But I think you can get a timer for your PC that it will shut down or in sleep mode for some time period. But then you need to put in manually the given time period. So I do not know if that makes sense for you.

Here is a list (excluding MFF) where there are some serious red flags going on right now:

Myfundedfx - Massive slippage on limit orders, refusing legit payouts by saying there are snitches
TFT - Payouts missing, lots and lots of payouts missing
Fundedengineer - Refusing legit payouts
Bespoke - Refusing legit payouts
Leveledupsociety - Refusing all payouts
fundingpips - not so much but a few cases of wrongful banning
Rocket21 - Refusing legit payouts

Any others?

More claims right now. I was right with my opinion regarding FE, that they are very suspicious and maybe fraudulent. Their MOD on Discord said to me HFT is fine here!

I think you need to have an opposite list of prop firms which are actually fine and doing payouts:

1.) FTMO
2.) Bespoke
3.) FXIFY
4.) ACC
...???

any others are still legit ?

For me Bespoke is also legit. But the opinions are different here. I cannot confirm this. There has been to many cheaters caught, that they get no payouts is obvious.

Yes. A timer that would shut down the machine or terminate the MT4 platform will work. I hadn't thought of that yet, thanks. I thought there might be an indicator for the platform that, similar to deactivating automatic trading, can at least deactivate the one-click trading.

Watching the calendar manually and simply not clicking anything makes sense. I was just thinking about the worst case, maybe forgetting it in the heat of the moment. Finally, if you are trading a prop trading account and this could mean your immediate exclusion, I would like to eliminate mistakes that need to be avoided as much as possible.

Bespoke is not doing fine but the rest seem ok. tradingpit is another fine one.

I did get the refund. But they still owe me bonus of phase 1 and 2 which they advertised. They never paid it to me. It was many times more than the fee. It was 400K account and maybe some 15% of those P1+P2? IDK and IDC any more anyways. It's over.
May be that you would happily make another business with a proven liar who only wanted to steal your money and gave you back a small portion only after you had to put him at the (public) court. I wouldn't and I didn't.

How much was your requested payout in relation to the refund ?

If they offered you to continue trading on your 400k funded account why did you not continued then ? I mean you had nothing to loose. You could just make more payouts out of them. So why did you say no to them then ? This funded account was still an opportunity to make some money. I would not have done this if they offered me to continue trading. Or did you loose your funded account right after because of trading losses ? There are too many things here I do not understand with you.

You really have thrown away a $400k funded account with profits on it ? They offered you to continue trading on it, so why did you refuse to do so ?

I mean Bespoke has staff and they can do mistakes, especially in the very early days of them when the new hired staff is unsure about interpreting their own rules. So in the end they admitted they have done a mistake. You got a refund back and they offered you to continue trading on your 400k funded account. So what happened then ?

Rocket 21 and TFT are both of Angelo's, as far as I know, so I guess one will mimic the other.

E8 with a huge backlog of almost 2 weeks in payout. Many people claiming in Telegram. Dylan says that's because they were being validated in Plane (similar to Deel).
At some point he said all was already sent just to be flogged by several users saying they received nothing. Seems a burning house right now. Let's see.
